Cancellation Policy

By booking a place on this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. • Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refunds • Bookings are non-refundable. • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another family by notifying Mind In2 Action at least 48 hours before the event. • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance or cancellations made by participants. Health & Medical Information Please let us know before the event if your child has any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or anything else that would help us support them safely. Photography We may take photographs during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in photographs, please let a member of the team know when you arrive. Liability Whilst every reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in activities is entirely at your own risk. Mind In2 Action Ltd, its staff and partners cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury except where caused by proven negligence. Right to Refuse Participation Mind In2 Action reserves the right to refuse or end participation if behaviour places others, animals or staff at risk or prevents the event from running safely and respectfully.
